THE FLOWFORGED R PROCESS
Not classic flow forming, but one step further.
Our Flowforged wheels are manufactured using cutting-edge technology. There are many so-called "flowforming" wheels on the market. Unlike these, our wheels are cast using a complex swing-casting process and then rolled at extremely high speeds. Subsequently, all contours are precisely machined with CNC and turning technology, and the weight is optimized like in a true forged wheel. As a result, the appearance is significantly more refined and sturdier than conventional cast or flowforming wheels. Tested and proven on vehicles exceeding 1000 horsepower with top speeds over 320 km/h.
