To ensure that you’re buying a genuine WF wheel, make sure that you buy from our autorized dealernetwork and confirm your order with our support. If you buy from unserious adress, then you have potentially purchased a counterfeit product that can be very unsafe.

At WF, there are two types of expert opinions: TÜV parts expert opinions, which serve as the final assessments for the rims and vehicles, and durability expert opinions. All TÜV parts certificates can be viewed via the link in the menu. For safety reasons, durability certificates are available only upon request.

There are several ways to find this information: The load capacity is specified in the product description. The TÜV parts certificates also indicate the tested load capacity. The carrying capacity is always half of the respective permissible axle load of the vehicle. For example, if a vehicle’s axle load is 1,420 kg and our wheel is rated for 725 kg, this means the wheel is suitable for an axle load of up to 1,450 kg.

Each wheel undergoes a 100% inspection at our facility and is subjected to various routine tests, including X-ray, material tests, load tests, paint adhesion tests, manufacturing tolerance tests, and run-out tests. At the packaging line, each rim is unpacked and checked again for damage, production defects, or contour issues. This ensures that every wheel leaving our facility is in perfect condition. The serial numbers on the rims assist us with batch management.

All finishes should be ceramic-coated before use to ensure long-lasting surface protection. If a professional coating is desired before shipping, this can be arranged with us. Our partner at the location will professionally coat the wheels, thereby maximizing the protection of the wheel surface against dirt and brake dust. If stubborn dirt still adheres to the surface, we recommend using a non-acidic, gentle wheel cleaner like ForcecleanPRO. Please note: Never clean hot surfaces or do so in direct sunlight, as this can cause damage to the clear coat!

NO - Runflat tires are not able to be combined with our rimprofiles. The WF Wheels are engieered to perform with a lightweight. The H2 humps of our wheels are therefore not compatible with Runflat tires.

Quality and Appearance of a Powder-Coated Rim Through the multi-layer curing of fine powder, an extremely durable and resistant surface is created on the rim – which, in terms of impact resistance, scratch resistance, and longevity, is incomparable to a wet paint coating. The appearance resembles a fine structure but does not achieve the smoothness of a wet paint finish. Therefore, powder-coated rims may, in comparison to a wet-painted rim, exhibit slight orange skin or small powder inclusions. However, this is generally within tolerance limits and is visually inspected again, potentially reworked, and approved by us. Therefore, we do not accept complaints based on these reasons.

Wheelforce GmbH guarantees that the products are free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery to the end customer or carrier. Each Wheelforce wheel is meticulously inspected by our quality control team before shipment. This includes checking each wheel for visual defects and conducting thorough tests with our machines. To maintain quality, high-resolution images of the goods are regularly taken before they are dispatched.

Please note, if you did not purchase the wheels directly from us, contact your dealer. They will then submit the complaint to us.

The following points are covered by the warranty provisions: Wheelforce GmbH grants all end customers a 12-month warranty on the coating and a 5-year warranty on the rim structure from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages that occur after delivery, normal wear and tear, neglect of care instructions, defects due to faulty assembly, damage from poor road conditions, curb damage of any kind, and other deterioration not resulting from an initial defect. Additionally, the warranty is void if the wheels are repainted, refinished, or powder-coated after purchase. Failure to follow care instructions and the resulting consequences also lead to immediate exclusion of the warranty. The buyer must inspect the received goods immediately for defects. Any obvious defects must be reported to us immediately. Hidden defects must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt; otherwise, the delivery is considered accepted. Goods must be sent to Wheelforce free of charge for verification of the claim. If the complaint is justified, Wheelforce will reimburse the cost of a low-cost shipping method. This does not apply if the goods are located at a different address from the delivery address. In the case of a justified complaint or defect without external influence, Wheelforce is entitled to provide a remedy in the form of repair, partial refund, or replacement at its discretion. If the customer does not have a direct contractual relationship with Wheelforce GmbH, the complaint must be submitted through the responsible dealer.
