All designs are homemade.
The forged wheels are fully developed in-house and partially manufactured by us. From the initial idea, to the wheel design with FEM analysis, and then to the machining—everything happens in-house. All designs are patented worldwide and are our intellectual property.

The WF Forged wheels are made from the highest quality and purest T6061-M material. The major difference from other "forged wheels" is that we do not use multiple times recycled cheap aluminum from the Far East, but instead utilize the material in its highest purity. We process exclusively blanks produced specifically for us, which have up to 30% more material for machining and feature a special wall thickness.
These blanks enable extremely concave and deeply dropping spokes, which are unmatched in the industry.
With our facilities in Rheine, we can machine these blanks and manufacture the wheels to the highest quality. Using the latest simulation technology, we achieve maximum weight optimization without compromising strength and safety.
