Bilal on the new products – Innovations and Highlights In this exclusive interview, Bilal talks about the new WF wheels set to shake up the market. What new products can we expect? What does Bilal think about the latest innovations? A team member asked him a few questions to get the inside scoop on these exciting developments. Questions: ­ Why did you decide to expand the Forged series? Bilal: ­ With the construction of our new company building and increased production capabilities, we now have much more flexibility. That’s why we decided to take the Forged series to the next level. Questions: ­ What makes our production process different from other manufacturers? Bilal: ­ The blanks produced exclusively for us differ in quality, composition, and structure from those of our competitors. By reinforcing and thickening the material in key areas, we’ve been able to achieve an extreme level of concavity that truly sets us apart. Questions: ­ How do the new R2 and R3 models differ from the previous R1? Bilal: ­ The Race 1 wheel was purely a performance-forged wheel, where we focused on achieving the absolute minimum weight. With the R2 and R3, we wanted to bring the extreme concavity we developed with the CF4 into the Forged segment. Both models are designed for maximum concavity—something that had never been achieved before. Of course, we took inspiration from the R1 and refined key areas to make the wheels as lightweight as possible. Questions: ­ If a customer wanted to install the R2 on a VW Polo, would that be possible? Bilal: ­ No, that wouldn’t be possible. As we have been for the past ten years, we remain focused on producing wheels for cars within our target market. Our products are mainly designed for BMW M models, select Audi RS models, MB AMG models, and similar high-performance vehicles. The R2 and R3 will be available in the standard CF4 dimensions, along with additional 19-inch sizes. Questions: ­ Can our customers expect anything new, such as a fresh color option? Bilal: ­ In the past, we’ve offered three or four standard colors. However, the trend is shifting more and more towards gold, brass, and white-gold tones. We didn’t want to miss the opportunity, so we experimented with various shades using our in-house powder coating technology. The result is a color that has never been seen before—Light Gold. Questions: ­ So many exciting innovations and updates! What makes you particularly proud of these new products? Were there any challenges you’d like to share? Bilal: ­ I’m extremely proud of every product launch because it’s the result of months of hard work! A new wheel goes through a long development process before it’s ready for the market. It starts with a design concept and extends all the way to the safety standards each spoke must meet to ensure a fully functional wheel. I’m just incredibly proud to present these wheels today, with their unique design and advanced technology. Once again, we’ve succeeded in bringing a high-end product to market and proving any doubts wrong! ­
