The SL. 1-FF is our answer to the demand for super light wheels with extraordinary designs for compact vehicles.

The fresh 10-spoke design features an extremely narrow center in two 5-spoke Y arrangements. The spokes have deep relief holes that reduce the center of the wheel, which makes the spokes look longer. This makes the SL. 1-FF look particularly large in 19″; and achieves a remarkable concavity in its width.

In addition to its eye-catching and attractive appearance, our SL. 1-FF also sets new standards in weight. The Flowforged process makes the wheel particularly light and extremely stable. This wheel experience has the patent number. 007064324 and was developed entirely in Germany.

We produce the SL. 1-FF in two tailor-made solutions. We do not build across series but vehicle-specific. With this focus, we have produced various perfectly fitting dimensions for different and high-performance vehicles. You can find the dimensions in the slider – without the need to rework the body or use spacers. This is true German engineering.

FLOWFORGED PROCESS EXPLAINED

STEP 1

After the production of the Flowforged blank, it is placed on a roller mould and heated extremely.

STEP 2

Special hydraulic rollers tension the wheel by applying pressure to the barrel, while targeted heat is applied as the rotating barrel.

STEP 3

By rotating precisely, the rollers form the blank into the desired wheel width. The material is made extremely strong and resilient through compression.
